I want to clarify that I am doing this challenge with also a weight loss workout, in total is 1 hour of workout.

*#1 DAY*
My stomach is BURNING!! But I think that the workout is effective if it give you this feeling :). I am very curious to watch the results.

*#2 DAY*
Today I decide to do this challenge with a fat burning workout and a butt challenge workout...well, my body is all burning! But I can tell this workout is really effective, my body is responding really well!
What I notice from this workout is that it make you exercise with an high intensity and then it give you time to rest (HIIT) and that's different from others workout videos of others channel.
I read on web that the best way to see results is keeping doing exercise in this way so I am really proud to follow the challenge!


*#3 DAY*
Oh my god! I see some difference! I am more tone! And is appearing a line in my abdomen! This results motivate me to continue the workout. Today I wanted to do the 30 days slim waist challenge workout but I saw that right now I can't...the pain...But I decided to do the 30 days weight loss challenge workout. It's simply amazing: never felt so good and satisfied doing workouts.

*#4 DAY*
Today I woke up late so I did the workout after breakfast. The pain never leave me but I am being more "comfortable", in other words: before I was struggling doing the exercise but now I can keep the rhythm. Right now I have other things to do but probably this evening I will do the fat burn workout. I will update :D.
Update: so unfortunately I cannot do the workout...this means that tomorrow I will work much more


*#5 DAY*
As I said yesterday, today I did the 30 days weight loss challenge and the 30 days slim waist challenge (now I can do it!!) with this workout challenge. Obviously the pain in my abdomen never leave me but I have a good news: I tried one of my jeans that was tight and uncomfortable but now they are not anymore and I can wear it again! So satisfied! :D

*#7 DAY*
So yeah...yesterday I woke up late again and I didn't the workout :( . Today fortunately didn't happen and decide to do the fat loss workout with this challenge...but you know what? Skip a workout is not even bad! I mean...the body in this way don't follow always the same exercise every day...somehow is more challenging for the body. The pain return (yesterday disappear) and is stronger than before! Well today is the #7 day but I skip one so tomorrow I will write the first results of this challenge.


*#8 DAY*
Here I am! Today I did after breakfast the 30 days weight loss workout challenge with this one.
What can I say? Well I want to clarify something first of all: don't expect to have a flat stomach in 7 days if you are not already skinny. You must before burn some fat body and then you can see the results, that's why I am doing some weight loss and fat burn workout.
In this week there is some difference on my abdomen, appear a line and now some of my jeans are not anymore so tight as before but remember: this is only the beginning.
This results must encourage you to do more and for this reason I want to change something on my routine. I want to continue doing this workout along with the 30 days slim waist challenge (that I am doing irregularly and I am not satisfied) so I decide that from tomorrow I will do fat burn and weight loss workouts 2 times in a day, before breakfast and before dinner. I think that in this way, losing some fat, the result on my abdomen will show up even more! Obviously this is a test and I will share you the progress of it, so from tomorrow my comment will divide in *morning* and *afternoon*: I was thinking to do in the morning this workout and in the afternoon the other challenge, changing the routine other days, you will see it :D.

Probably someone is asking my weight and height so: I am a 19 years old, my height is 165 cm and right now my weight is 46 kg/101, 4 lbs. Probably someone is thinking that I am already skinny enough but unfortunately I have some fat burn in my stomach and in other areas so I need to do workouts to be more toned as I wish :). Sorry Mam. I can’t do this exercise but no problem I am doing top 5 flat stomach belly. I am happy to doing three exercise. Top 5 flat belly exercise, 15 minute obese weight loss exercise and before going bed exercise. I love you so much. I am so happy 😀 to get this challenge.
