Tone and sculpt your body with this Full Length 1 Hour Full Body Pilates Workout With Weights! This intense pilates class will strengthen your arms, shoulders, abs, back, legs and glutes and will leave you feeling strong and energized 💪 Use a light pair of weights (I'm using 1kg (2.2 lb) dumbbells) or if you don't have any, you can use waterbottles instead or do the workout without any equipment - I promise you will feel a good burn anyways! 🔥

A Warm-Up and Cool Down are included as always! Make sure you listen to your body, take breaks when you need to, drop the weight if it gets too challenging and enjoy this full body pilates workout and have fun with it! Omg this is hands down the most intense pilates workout I’ve ever done. I only have 2kg dumbbells and it was so challenging that I had to drop them from time to time! I didn’t feel like going to the gym today, so I did this workout thinking it wouldn’t be so intense. Almost got killed🤣Love it!

This workout was more of intense workout then I usually do. I have been doing pilates for over twenty years and have worked with different types of instructors yet this workout was still the most challenging . The weights sure add more difficulty to the poses. I will definitely do this workout again!

that one was the toughest by far. The lunges section killed me! My legs were shaking like crazy. I only had 2kg dumbells so I did sweat and suffer! But I am proud I did it 🤪💪 to end this year. Happy 2022 to you and all your fans ❤️. Can't wait to work out with you next year 🎉💖🙏

This workout was super challenging and I love that I can progressively overload by increasing the weight of the dumbbells. I'm glad I didn't add weight to the legs because I may not survive my group bike outing tonight lol! I haven't seen you upload in at least a year, but you've become a favorite of mine, especially your Pilates/yoga combo workouts. Would love to see if you have some other workouts with weights. Your videos are really helping challenge me as I get back into shape :)

I didn't feel like doing cardio today so I decided to give pilates a try...It looked easier! I loved it, it was challenging and very energizing, please do more videos with weights, it was terrific! I feel so powerful and strong right now, yet relaxed and peaceful. Thank you Nathalie!🥰
