What's up guys! Today we have the best full body corrective exercises! These are corrective exercises for injuries, pains, imbalances, or just in general. This is a part 2 video, and we give you 7 more and new corrective exercises to incorporate into your gym routine. These are what we use with our clients, general population and athletes, as they all are amazing and work for many different reasons. There are a lot of things that lead to us needing corrective exercises, some of which is our daily routine (sitting a lot), over use, muscle weakness, injuries, etc, but they are also great to do to prevent injuries and help reduce your chance at preventable injuries. We include full body corrective exercises, aiming for the knees, shoulders, and back. Hopefully these help!
