I’m only 28 but I’ve been chronically ill for the last few years and getting my strength back has been a nightmare. I tried this video out this morning on a whim and it feels SO GOOD to do a light workout and not have to worry about overexerting my body. Thank you for being clear, concise, and encouraging! :)

I'm 81. Mike! You are the only one online who stresses the importance of engaging the bellybutton toward the spine. It REALLY MAKES ALL THE DIFFERENCE. I can't thank you enough. I have been able to sleep through the entire night without using the restroom! Just one week of this regiment. I am recommending you to all my friends! Carpe Diem!!!!

I can do almost 10 minutes. The longer ones are hard because of the length. Thank you for thinking of us elderly

I look forward to my exercise time. You remind us to straighten up, back straight and etc. It helps me. Thanks so much! I’m 75 and after a month I can go up and down my 3 steps with out holding on to the rail! I commented on another video and didn’t realize I said a week because I have followed you for over a month now. I do 3 -6 videos daily. I am love it! God bless you for working with seniors. I am not on FB yet. But thinking about it. Hope you really like where you moved! 😊🙏🏻

As an injured lifetime triathlete whose body movements are now sadly limited I did not expect to happen upon your video.
