I needed this so bad. I have had pain in my right side cus my ribs have been tight and feel uncomfortable. Then I get winded when walking but doing obliques strengthening training has helped so much. Im slowly getting better.

I think your exercises are excellent. I think this chair is unsafe for exercising. Too flimsy.
