I calculate all of my calories using an Apple Watch 4 with the High Intensity Interval Training Workout application and I am 28 years old, 5’8”, and weigh 145lbs so you can use my few factors as well as my intensity level to gauge yourself.

I am a fitness trainer is Charlotte, North Carolina and was a Division 1 athlete at West Virginia University where I was a national qualifying high jumper. I use my knowledge from my NASM certifications, bachelor’s degree, nursing school experience, and my elite athletic background to lead you through workouts designed to make you a stronger, more balanced athlete. My goal is to get you closer to your goals with each workout!

Sometimes I feel more accomplished with these 30-minute workouts with short bursts compared to the 60-minute ones with longer sets. Definitely was the case today! Loved it ❤

It has been a long time I had stopped doing workout.Started up few days back but was not able to collect courage to do a Sydney workout..Today, finally after doing some simple workouts I did a Sydney workout..I am so happy.Steadily, I will move on to advanced level where I used to be.

Made it back from Disney with my oldest daughter for her graduation trip last night. We walked an average of 12-15 miles a day and our sleep was little. I was exhausted this morning but this was the perfect workout!

Funny facts 1)I meant to do the 55 minutes workouts from Friday 7/28 but I realized I did this one! It was perfect. 2) I was ready for another set of butter kick flats at the end when the cool down started. 3) This is the best channel that does an actual TABATA at the end. I love it and I used to do it at the gym. Now I enjoy it at home. Thanks for your hard work dear

I didn't want to work out today because my muscles felt sore from yesterday but at the same time I wanted to work out. I thought I was going to half ass this but I didn't! I gave it my all! I went all out with the sprints! I was able to hold certain moves for longer which shows my core is getting so much stronger!! Your messages at the end makes it all worth it!

I had a vaccine yesterday and my arm is sore and I felt a little sick this morning but I did this and now I feel great. Just the ticket Dr. Syd.

Ive been sick the past couple weeks and this is the first work out ive been able to get through lately! Combined being sick and the weather is gross too its been hard to stick to working out but ive been doing it and today it finally started to feel good again! 💪💪

Crushes it! I been slacking but it feels good to be back. I had already lost 10 pounds but its really hard sometimes to motivate myself. Thank you for those words it really does help. I've been over weight all my life I am 5'2 inc and I weight 188 right know is hard to loose it.
