I've never consistently worked out (except when required to for course credit in college - ha!) but you guys have made it so easy for me to get into a routine! I'm getting married in November and I want to look my best. ;) The 8 week program for busy people is seriously kicking my butt, and I'm having so much fun doing it. You guys are fantastic.

Your videos are great.. I've been doing your videos for two months now as well as keeping a healthy diet, and I can see results already. THis channel is amazing! I was going to pay for T25 because I work and am in school and have 2 boys and I wanted to get in an intense workout at home because I don't have time for the gym.  I came across fitness blender and there is any workout you can imagine! I do one every morning, hiit, arms, abs, I LOVE IT! been working out with you guys every morning for over a month now and will continue to keep going until I'm a fit and tone healthy mommy!

I just wanted to thank you guys for getting me through my pregnancy, fitness--wise! I modify some exercises (no crunches, no excessive jumping) and only do the half hour routines but I can still work out and feel so much better afterwards!! :)

This is a great challenging workout. It isn’t like HITT where you are cursing your whole bloodline, but this isn’t just the beginner either. Just right. Leaves you tired and sweaty.

This is spot on for me. I was challenged, not bored and feel like I have exercised! I changed a few so that I could do them, but I'll keep pushing myself to do what you do on the screen I promise!

Doing it as a part of one of your longer workouts (8 week)- was laughing a bit when it said it was active recovery- there was nothing 'recovering' about my body :) I had to make one longer break before the water break, admittedly I am not very fit at all, but loved it and will be coming back to it!
