This whole channel is amazing. His calm voice, the gentle suggestions, the language chosen, the absence of cheesy phrases... And, I like that there isn't any background noise, personally.

I think that for people who have a problem with anxiety, doing this meditation for anxiety soon after awakening may be the best way to take care of the anxiety problem by repeating this same meditation each and every morning. After repeated observations of the left hand tremor I have with Parkinson's disease and the effect on it with various meditations I can say with some confidence that it does have a positive effect ranging from complete relief to partial relief but is always of temporary benefit. ADB, MD

This mornings meditation for anxiety, actually exposure to some disturbing information on a DVD seen last night that reminded me of a childhood trauma and was one of the reasons for a poor nights sleep is clearly the reason for this disturbance. The reason for this disturbance of quality sleep can be avoided by calming the mind in the evening hours before going to sleep. It would be a good habit to develop for a healthy
and disciplined mind!

It is afternoon and the morning is gone. However, the stress of the hand tremor of Parkinsons' disease is frequently a troublesome sensation that maybe is impossible to release by just breathing into it. I intend to search the internet to see if there is some medication that can give me relief from it!
