Great info. The graphic actually helps to put it in perspective. Thank you.

Good to see you also eat buckwheat like myself. This is a underrated superfood imho. Very high in B-vitamins and aminos, it even has quercetin. Also a gluten free grain/seed.

I don't see how people can consider this OMAD. It's clearly something else.

At the minimum it's 2MAD.

It should be 12pm not am. If I am not wrong...

I believe your graphic timeline has an error. The "12 am" should read "12 pm".

Good stuff my friend. On your graph you may need to change 12 am to 12 pm.

Thanks for making it clear! In previous videos was more like sneak peeks. In the days you do cardio, you follow the same schedule?

Just finished a 38 hour fast. For 73 and recovering from liver cancer that ate my gallbladder I am happy.

Have you ever tested your blood sugar on a CGM to see if the calorie load towards the end of the day sees your levels peak above desirable?

Do you ever use MCTs?

Hey Siim! What is the minimum time between meals one has to wait in order create separate protein spikes? I try to keep my feeding windows as small as possible, but want to capitalize on multiple protein spikes. Thanks!

Hello everybody, can I ask you a question? Sorry for my bad English. I'm already thin with 13% BF, don't wanna loose weight but wanna do fasting to get health benefits, especially autophagy. I mix 2MAD (the day i building muscle) and OMAD (the day I do light workout) alternatively on weekdays. Weekend I do 48hrs fast so I have a whole day not eating anything. My TDEE is 1650cal, so do I have to eat surplus on other days to get back that calories (like 400 surplus 2MAD, 150 surplus OMAD, 400, 150, 400, 150)??? Otherwise I will end up loosing weight what I don't want to?
Or should I do a carb cycling day to get back some fat for those extended fast day?
Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart!
I also eat keto for more details!

I wonder if BCAA would stimulate autophagy even more as there would be a need to get the missing AAs from somewhere else.

Can you give an advice for muscle gain on keto: IF 18:6 - 2 meals or IF 16:8 - 3 meals? Or should it be no fasting 4-5 meals?
