HELLO! it's me again.
I just want to say that THIS WORKS THIS WORKS THIS WORKS!
I can't say how good and healthy I felt after these 5 days, although I didn't stick to this workout every day, I did for most, I'm still so happy about the results, I don't have a scale, but I do have measurements I want to share.

DAY 1 to Day 5
Arms: 26.5 cm (R), 25.5 cm (L) to Arms: 24.5 (R), 24 cm (L)
Bust: 87.5 cm to Bust: 79.5 cm
Belly: 87 cm to Belly: 74 cm
Legs: 51 cm (R), 49 cm (L) to 50.5cm (R), 48.5cm (L)

I'm so happy. moving forward, I'm going to continue working out and eating healthy. (also on work and everything else at the same time)

so to anyone who wants to try. do it. IT WORKS! <3

Day 1✅- very exhausted
Day 2✅ - really exhausted, having muscle pain
Day 3☑ - did it slower, and reduced laps from 20 to 10. ( so much pain, but still want to do)
Day 4✅ - same as third day, but no reducing laps ( felt like my body was getting used to it)
Day 5✅ - completed without pain, feel my body is a little stronger

result : lost 0.8kg, the abdomen and thighs are slightly thinner.(Sorry for not measuring the exact size.)

Note❗: I'm not someone who exercises regularly. 😪 and I didn't diet during these 5 days. So, I think I can lost more weight and get better shape if I do diet.
Note2‼️: don't squat as fast as the rapping count in video, do it as you can🙂

So im gonna be doing this for the next five days to see what this workout would do to my body
Start: 74kg
Upper thigh: 63cm
Waist: 81cm
Lower belly: 95cm

Day 1: in the beginning i was much bothered but by the second round i got a little lazy but i still completed the workout.

Day 2: easier today but woke up and my inner thighs hurt.

Day 3: i ate a lot today but these workouts are getting easier for me except those single leg bridges. My legs be giving up

Day 4: i almost had zero motivation to do this but yet i did.

Day 5: i feel great.

results: ive lost 1kg in 5 days without a diet or eating a certain way. THANK YOU ROBERTA!

I really need to lose my belly and slim down my thighs. I used to workout but with the confinement I've put on 10 kg. I have already lost a lot.
I'm going to do those exercises which seem great for my stomach and thighs. I'll come back to you at the end of the month for a feedback.
