I love Mindfulness Exercises and coaching. Sean really helped me to embody my unpleasant sensations while meditating and giving myself permission to feel discomfort. It’s been rewarding to simply aknowledge it and reap the rewards of healing - even if it’s not instant.

Nice video, with all the information I've got from all over the internet recently it seems that awareness is imperative and then using intrinsic rewards massively improves QOL (quality of life) and the relationship with have with ourselves now and in the future. Essentially meaning, we increase our awareness to see exactly where we are and then deciding what we want to improve in order to live a better and more fulfilling life and then using intrinsic rewards to help internally motivate ourselves to get to where we want to in our lives.

For me it all allows me to rely on myself fully and to be proactive with my life. Being able to essentially choose what is good for me in the future while still living in the moment and enjoying life as it is.
