About Ashley Lewis:
I’m a momma bear to three baby girl cubs living in South Florida alongside my South African hubby of eleven years (fifteen if you count the dating years).

My nitty gritty’s are a personal 20+ year head, heart, and body journey of overcoming an eating, identity, and image disorder. I’ve had three unplanned c-sections in the last five years. In addition, I transitioned from being a corporate woman who never thought she’d be where she is now, a stay at home, part-time working, home school momma, who LOVES it.
