Lost 10 pounds doing the HIIT ! First I started out doing 15 until I could work my way up to 20 and eventually 30 minutes total.

Hi guys! I love all your workouts! My 13 year old son has been working out with me this summer and he really appreciates that your moves are not overly complicated, they are moves he can actually do. We have done other workouts where he became so discouraged because he couldn't figure out the technique or form or the move was just too hard, so thank you! He is gaining a love for exercise! That is truly priceless!

I am not new to kettlebells. This has been the best and most challenging 20 minutes. Sorry I had to stop twice for a minute. I want to loose 20 lb, should I do this workout 3 times a week? Thanks.

Thank you - this workout was a really good awakening for me to focus on my health. A bit sad I couldn't manage to continue on more than half of them - got tired so easily and I am just 30! :(

Hi Coach and Claudia, i have been doing your workouts since 1.4.2017 and i absolutely love them. I am 15yo and 10KG overweight and i decided to lose weight and after one week i lost 3KG. Ohh and of course i eat healthy. Can you please tell me is it normal to lose that much weight in just one week? Btw you two guys are so inspirational and i love you <3 <3

Wowie! I've only ever done your resistance band and dumbell workouts so far! My only set of dumbbells are 7 lbs (I do up to 25 on resistance bands but feel those are different), anyways Walmart had a dumbell on clearance and it's 15lbs ! Needless to say this was brutal but I feel so great afterwards! Not gonna lie I needed to sub some.moves out for the dumbell but I still pushed myself so hard! All while going through a medical treatment that has some crappy side effects, you wouldn't think it, but working out makes me feel so much better!!
