30 Min ADVANCED kettlebell HIIT workout ( BEASTMODE HIIT WORKOUT 🔥🔥🔥)

In this 30 Min ADVANCED kettlebell HIIT workout we will bring my ‘old skool’ style of HIIT workout with my favorite movements back! We will have 2x blocks of 10x exercises for 2x rounds in total. We will perform each exercise for 35 seconds and there will be a 15 seconds rest between the exercises.
After the first block there will be a 50 seconds water-break.
In this Workout I am using a 12kg (Blue) 16kg (Yellow) and a 20kg (Purple) kettlebell form “👑 Kettlebell Kings”
The Gear that I am using:
You can Simply increase the intensity of this workout by using heavier kettlebells and/or increasing the volume of the workout by doing this routine for 2-3x rounds in a row.
Please make sure to do a proper warming up before starting the workout:
The Workout layout:
2x Rounds
1.Half Burpee Deadlift Upright Row
2.Swings High Pull
3.Alt . Reverse Lunge Overhead Press
4.Synchronized Squat Curl
2x Rounds
5.Explosive Deadlift Overhead Press
6.Synchronized Squat Upright Row
7.Pullover Leg Raise / Knee Tuck
8.Kneeling Kayak
2x Rounds
9.Double Swing Gorilla Deadlift
10.BHN Kneeling Lunge Jump Squat (if you have an issue with this having the KB slamming against your back, grab it like the goblet squat against your upper chest instead!)
Water-Break!
2x Rounds
1.Deadlift to Reverse Lunge
2.Push Up Pick up Transporter
3.Lateral Lunge - Around the World
4.Lunge Take Over Swing
2x Rounds
5.Kneeling Full Front Raise To Triceps Extension
6.Reverse Cross Lunge Take over
7.Side to side Swings
8.3x 3x Half Core Twist
2x Rounds
9.3x Giant Step Jumps 2x Upright Row
10.Shotgun Swing (R/L)
