OVER 50s CARDIO AND WEIGHTS - Welcome to my over 50s workout course this workout course is a day 5 cardio and weights workout for all level. This is a perfect way to kick start your fitness goals for 2023.

This over 50s workout has 4 exercises that are weighted and 4 exercises that are cardio spending 30 seconds on each exercise followed by a 15 seconds rest and at the end of the workout we will do a full body cool down stretch. This cardio and weights workout will also include a warm up at the start.

This is a great workout mixing cardio and weights. My husband and I used 5 pound weights and modified the jumping jacks to the low impact option. We enjoyed the pace and format, and as always, your positive comments, options for modifications, and warmup/cooldown are greatly appreciated. Thanks, Anthony!
