Over 50s ALL LEVELS Full Body STRENGTH Cardio Hiit Workout

Welcome to my 30 minute over 50s full body strength and cardio workout. This full body workout is split of into 2 sections. The 1 section will be a 20 minute strength workout then we will finish off with a 10 minute cardio hiit workout.

We will spend 40 seconds on each exercise followed by a 20 seconds rest. This hiit workout will include a full body warm up with cool down stretches.

Oh Anthony, that wasn't a smile you saw on my face, it was a grimace! Seriously, a very challenging class. I started out a little too heavy with the weights so after the third try I leveled down a bit. Great start to the week! thanks, Anthony!
