Live Cold Calls - Calling Expired/Cancelled Listings!

What's happening everyone! Still trying to post on this channel but I've been super busy!

It's tough to record these calls! I would like to record them on speaker but I like listening to music in the background while I make my calls and my headset is noise cancelling for the background noise.

Anyway, most of my deals in 2021 have been Off Market deals and in I was able to capture exactly how I get these off market sellers! Because the market is moving so fast, I don't even worry about listing their home, I know I have a buyer or I will find one easily. I always try to get the seller's price up front so that I can relay to buyer and get seller the price that he wants, the buyer will finally get a house that didn't have a bidding war, and I end up double ending the deal. It's a no brainer!

So you lied....and when you show up without a buyer, all credibility lost. Kinda like the ole bait and switch. Now you know why more and more people are going to on line sell your house for 1% BS.
