I’m so glad I came across this video. I’m a new realtor and I’ve been so anxious to start cold calling consistently but this has shown me that I need to have confidence in my VOICE!! I'm soooo amazed how you just made it simple to look for people who are thinking about selling their home. It is almost like going for FSBO's and eventually having the deal. This works better than just simple prospecting a neighborhood that you call everyone and anyone just to see if they want to eventually sell.
