I hear most fitness tubers say "stop lying, you definitely have the time to work out." and though that's probably true for most people, its so refreshing to hear you give a solution to this conundrum with such a positive attitude. It's why you're my favorite fitness youtuber (along with Movement by David!)

Thanks to your short form content, for the last month I've been trying my best to cut out artificial sugar wherever possible, drink more water, and do pushups squats and pull ups every day. I've noticed a difference in so many different aspects of my life, both mentally and physically. Thank you for your tips and your positivity

People totally forget or push sleep to the side despite trying hard to lose weight and build muscle! Don't forget to get plenty of rest!!! It's hard in this world to take the time but you'll find you are happier, have more energy to do the things you want, and be healthier/safer!!! It shocked me just how many people are sleep deprived chronically and think how they feel that way is the norm! Give it a try a month of full rest each night 8+ hours of ACTUAL sleep not lying in bed scrolling :) and you'll feel energized and maybe have more time to do these quick workouts that are generously shown to us here! One Love

Here are some ways you can consider maximizing the time you do have (if you find any - it's usually hiding somewhere).

Of course, as you get more time and interest in fitness, you may choose to expand - that's great as well!

I've been trying your beginner calisthenics workouts vfor the past couple of months and I really like that they're easily accessible. I try to get my workouts done while at work, so knowing i can adjust based on my surroundings really helps. Now I've just gotta get myself a pull-up bar and resistance bands.
