Maine gym august 2023 me start kia aur 1.5 saal tak yani december 2024 tak har muscle ko week me 2 bar train kia. Gym main 4 se 5 days jata tha… Meri skinny fat physique hai, bulk me clean eating bhi ki aur protien bhi surplus me rakha even creatine bhi lya aur GHANTA KOI FARAQ NAHI PARA.

December me maine decide kia ab bas har muscle aik bar karunga aur week me 3 days jane laga. with 1 day gap. Aur mjy saaf faraq dikhne laga hai… lats feel hone lagy hain shoulders round hony lagy hain… chest definition arahai hai aur main 40 mint se zyada workout mahi karta….

Ye mera personal learning curve tha… main newbies ko suggest karunga gym me g**nd gisane se acha hai recovery pe zyada focus rakho aur acha khao… bas workout intensity se karo taky muscles tear up hojaen then unko recover karo khud barhne lagen gy… thats my experience.

Aur navjot bhai apko boht follow karta hun boht exercises seekhi hain, ap jaisa no nonsense guide koi nahi karta… love from pakistan 🇵🇰❤
