Just had my 7 day rest week and am getting ready to start this program!! I always lose a few pounds from rest weeks I think from losing water and stored glycerin so hoping jumping in to this program will do my good!

Hi Caroline! Thank you so much for all the work that you share and that you have put into this. I really appreciate it. One thing I might suggest. In your document on the sheet where the "schedule" is, it would be great if you could do a revision and make that particular sheet interactive. So how it works is that you title the video/workout for that day (as you already have) but add the "link" to the actual video in your YouTube channel so that when I (or anyone) opens up (after downloading) the schedule they click on the scheduled video for that day and then the link takes them to the video that you have suggested and VOILA! they get to working out!!! I love your full library of videos, but it will feel overwhelming to "find" the one that corresponds for that day since there are so many and time consuming. ... I realize you are leaving it for the person to pick anyone they might like. But it would be great to just link one and then when the person feels comfortable they can choose a different one from that category. Just a suggestion. It is SUPER GREAT to have that link right in there to click it. THANK

I'm so excited for this! I just found your channel a couple of months ago and I love how I feel a bit sore the next day but that I can feel that my body is changing for the better. I'm 54 and just completed Epic Day 3 and couldn't finish the last 15 minutes... so I'm so motivated now to complete the whole 10 weeks! Thanks, C you are great. Love working out with you!

wow thank you so much for all the time, effort and thought that you put into the workouts you upload so consistently. I've worked out often with other youtube fitness trainers and by far, you're the best. Not only do you make your workouts incredibly accessible to all levels, but offering this program for free - you're a saviour! I've looked through the pdf and you thought of everything.
