For chest you can do pushups, and proggresively overload by filling a backpack with books or anything heavy you got laying around. For dips it isn't recommended to do it with one chair behind your back, as it makes your shoulders susceptible for injury because of internal rotation, instead stand between two chairs facing each other from the back to do the dips. For legs you can do squats, lunges again with a backpack filled with heavy books/etc.
