I have always thought that dieting is eating only green vegetables and drinking water. *Agoge Diet* proved me wrong. I am eating delicious and nutritionally rich food and still reaching my fitness goals.

Lol the doc was so detailed in explaining the fatter body. I’m a little chub chub too so I’m not judging (5’10” 245) but he definitely knows exactly all the areas of weight gain. Lol nothing was even said under medical terms. It sounded like a fat testimony

Iam 6'1 and 260 pounds mostly big bone because iam nowhere near looking like the fat image. But still chubby. So can I get lucky and be 6'3?
