I was 286 lbs when I started Wegovy and I am just coming up on 4 months on the medication. I just took my second dose of the 2.4mg and I am down to 226 lbs....I've lost 60 lbs in 4 months. I changed my life completely. I joined a mental health program through the summer, got 100% sober, stopped drinking diet soda, eat as clean and lean as possible and cook almost every meal for myself. I workout 3-5 times a week, drink a lot more water and get much better sleep. If you commit to yourself, you'll have much better and faster results. My blood pressure is perfect, for the first time in a decade. I feel great, I look great and I did it all for myself. I couldn't be more proud of myself!
