You are absolutely right! I was walking over 10, 000 a day, losing weight, but then my body got complacent. I did some similar exercises like yours and the weight fell off! Congrats!

Hey! Congrats on your progress. I am also in weight loss process. You mentioned doing 15k steps within over an hr. How many mins did you do hiit? And did you perform hitt every single day or you took any off day in a week as well? Thanks in advance :)

Great job! I normally average 15k steps daily and I track my nutrition very well. I did a challenge to hit 20k steps daily for 1 week. 3 days has passed and I don’t feel different, look any different, and no difference on the scale. Maybe water retention?
