Simple tip how to do push ups correct posture- just look straight when you do push ups not on the ground... Your body will automatically be straight and make you posture correct...

Bhai wide pushup bhi ek cheez hoti hai. Agar shoulder mobility sahi hai to koi dikkat nahi hai. Jaruri nahi hai ki elbow hamesha close to body hi rahe.

Ulta being a female she is doing them very well. Very less women can do perfect pushups

If you can do 10 wall push- ups then, you can do 1 knee push-ups then, if you can do 10 knee push-ups then, you can do 1 incline pushups, if you can do 10 incline pushups, then you can do 1 push - ups.👍btw your elbow is wrong.

Not totally wrong but the hand placement should be little closer like inward

the form isnt right keep your elbows at 45° you are flaring them out which increases risk of shoulder or elbow injury
