Here's 7 easy progressions to help you master the push-up! These can be done either if you're trying to learn the pushup for the first time, or if you're just trying to practice the technique. I recommend starting at the one that challenges you the most, but you can still perform correctly. Once you can do 10 clean reps of that progression, move on to the next!

Here are the progressions:
1. Wall pushup
2. Incline pushup
3. Knee pushup
4. Single knee pushup
5. Single knee elevated pushup
6. Pushup negatives
7. Half rep pushup

Growing up i was fat and couldnt do pushup. Them knee pushups work man. Started doing 50 a day. After a week or so I could do like 5 pushups

Ive always felt excluded from P.E class bc teacher would make everyone do the same and I just couldnt do anything. Truly thank u for starting from scratch, it means the world to me, Im slowly feeling included and getting myself into a better shape

When i started doing pushups for the first time my max reps was 5 i started doing pushups for like 2 month and i could do 25 reps

Show a 100 push ups each 10 different technique i mean wide diamond etc.. would be cool challenging

Recommend to do 50 wall push ups then the rest 10 until you get 1 push up.

I used to do 10 push-ups at the end of my workout when I just started (yes Ik that’s a shirt way I was a noob) and I would dress it cus it was hard but now I can crank out 40-50 no problem just be patient work on good form and timing and eventually your triceps and chest will thank you

The only progression u need is knee push up negatives, then full knee push ups, then standard push ups...
