I'm 240 pounds as a 5'8 15 year old and 2 weeks ago i started jogging 2 and a half miles nearly every day because i was fed up with hating my body. Now i come here as hopefully a kickstart to a better life. Wish me luck through this journey everybody!

For all the people that have never done a push-up:
Start with a plank. It’ll build the core muscles for you so you can start doing exercises much easier.

I was skeptical about it at first but i did on average 60 pushups a day (with breaks each 30 pushups) for a week and ive noticed major improvement. Great vid!

Love the lift the hands off the mat reminder. Such a small/simple thing but really makes sure I am engaging my chest and not relying on my arms/back.

Lol I have never done a real pushup in my life.
I started practicing this and within a few minutes I was able to do full man push ups .
