I just sprinkled some chopped up garlic on my egg whites this morning. I love garlic. A lot of older people use to tell me when I was younger eat a lot of garlic. They told me it was good for high blood pressure. I took those words and ran with them. Thanks for this very informative information and video 💯

SO TRUE!! My favorite milk fermented food is kefir, specially goat milk kefir, preferbly raw milk and made at home .No sugar or pasturized.coconut kefir is awasome too, i would say adicting!!😄so easy to make 💖✨✌️
