Wish me luck guys I’m planning on completely changing my lifestyle ima gonna
1.almost completely cut out carbs
2.not snack
3.start properly hydrating
4.exercise regularly
Not only am I gonna get in shap physically but I plan to mentally as well by
1.keeping a journal of thoughts feelings and dreams
2.make time for myself
3.talk about my problems and seek therapy

For me, the most difficult part of weight loss is confronting the food pushers, people who seem determined to get you off your diet. It's almost like they go to war with you, and I get embarrassed because it usually happens in public, surrounded by other people at a luncheon or dinner party. Everything from "Aunt Betty baked it from her special recipe and she'll be hurt if you don't at least try it" to "No one diets at my house!" And my all time favorite, "Come on! One piece won't hurt you!"
I've tried everything, including talking to my host or hostess ahead of time and eliciting a promise that they won't do this...and then they break their promise and do it anyway. When I told my cousin that I was on a doctor ordered diet, she teased me about it in front of her guests, making fun of me and my doctor and getting lots of laughs. I have a lot of social anxiety anyway and always get angry and upset about this sort of thing, and although I can resist it some of the time, I also cave in too many times and then hate myself for weeks afterward. There seems to be no easy answer to this. I have bought a high powered water pistol, and I am thinking of using it on the next food pusher I run into.

I went from 211 lbs to 170 lbs in 3 and a half months by following these 3 rules.
1. NO SUGAR
2. NO HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP
3. NO CARBS(or little carbs but only natural carbs from nuts, fruits, veggies, grains, etc).
Now I take in some carbs but im on gaining muscle mass mode. Hope this helps on top of the information you are getting in this video. Remember, there are many foods in the US that have added high fructose corn syrup. Including some sausages. Look at the engredients. The first 2 months i was in a diet only. My 3rd month i started working out. Watch for those poisons.
Note: I started my diet with a 3 day water fast to flush all the toxins and crap i had in my body so that could have accelerated the process for me in the beginning but i kept the diet going after the 3 days and honestly im in the best shape of my life now 4 months in.

When it came to this video I was getting concerned whether I was eating fine or not. Turns out my main issue was the ice cream, cookies, and a small percentage of caffeine drinks which was hot coco. The coco was cut back and I stopped eating ice cream in total. The cookies were rough as I only grabbed 1 or 2 cookies every week or 2.
Through this quarantine in total I have lost 30 pounds and I'm still seeking more improvement from myself. This video really gave me that reminder. Doing this was difficult but I just kept telling myself what my brother once said. He told me told me that we all need to suffer if we want to improve or change. That is something I will never forget.

Simple rule- if you can recognise a unit of food straight up I.e. carrot, apple, egg, steak etc, then it’ll be healthier than something you can’t recognise, such as cake ingredients, packaged cereal etc

Great list, I'll try to avoid these for sure! I never had problems with my weight. I could eat whatever I wanted and still maintain normal weight, but a lot of junk food really affected my health. Diet plan from website dietarize contains delicious and nutritionally rich foods your body, brain and heart will love. I think it's definitely worht trying...
