Literally just finished doing this routine, absolutely loved it especially the foam rolling part, gave great advice i.e. doing it slowly and relaxing into the tough spot as before I'd foam roll up & down in a faster motion. Once again thanks Matt appreciate you taking your time to do content like this.

yoga is great but I am an athlete and sometimes I just want to have my basic athlete stretch where Yoga doesn't really do unless you do the whole routine! This is what I have been looking for! Thank you so much! make more!!

I think this length and split for stretching and foam rolling is perfect for future videos. It's enough to get deep stretches in and I felt a lot better after but not too long that I get bored. Also, I actually enjoy you talking and giving tips the entire time instead of just peaceful music in the background. It feels as if I'm doing this routine with you an it keeps me engaged. I also loved the foam rolling part although it was so painful. You don't wanna know the amount of curse words that slipped out of my mouth in that 15 minutes

I think your yoga session is great and I personally do them twice a week, would love to have more foam rolling sessions Before/After training sessions

I would love a longer routine, like an hour where we do yoga/stretching for 45 min and foam rolling for 15

I'm a 500 RYT, sharing this for my 28 yr old son, who needs this, he's tight. If mom says it, "and he's a great son", but mom's voice, who the members of the club I work at love, & your voice, influence will be appreciated. Luv foam rollers too! Nice job teaching your viewers. Motion is Lotion.
