For my girlies wanting to start Pilates but you're not sure where/ how to start!!!! I’m a certified instructor and I filmed this full-length 30 minute class for you!!!!

This class offers the perfect combination of Strength and Pilates based movements to sculpt and challenge the body from head to toe!

You can literally do this in your bed room at home for FREE! For this class you’ll need a set of “heavy dumbbells” I’m using 10lb weights!

This video was great! I had difficulty going through some of the exercises but it did not make me feel discourage instead it made me aware of my current strength and stability. I actually would love to go back to this video and try again until my body gets stronger. Intentional movement definitely helps. Also this may be a personal preference but not having music background and just listening to your voice helped me tune into your instructions more and made me feel so present with my body's movements and breathing. Love love love ❤
