If anyone is wondering if this works, it 100% does. I was doing a bunch of other back workouts that weren’t working for me. But this one has completely gotten rid of my bra buldge and has made my back way slimmer and toned. Thank you emi. Your workouts are my favorite !

If you’re scrolling thru the comments to see if it works - it definitely does.
I used to have a huge rolls on my back since idk when, but when I started to do this workout (about 2 weeks ago) everything changed.
I feel that my back muscles are stronger now. And also all my jeans and skirts started to look better on me because of my back fat which’s gone

Hey Emi, I just wanted to thank you as I’ve lost weight (7 pounds) when I’m already a healthy weight and I’ve turned it to muscle. I had a really hard time growing up and now I understand what you mean when you say that you feel in control when working out so thank you so much from the bottom of my heart!!! Xx

This is the only workout that’s ever helped my lose my back for real. I’m a good size and have a good body but my back has always been huge I never wore anything tight, I started doing these and my whole back has changed shape and I wear anything I want now I’m so thankful, it takes a while to rlly be able to change the whole back and remove the stubborn fat but this does the trick

this works so well, it gets rid of my backpain, slims down back, shoulders, and arms. i even noticed a change in my stomach! my posture also improved because of this, i love this so much thank u omg

Day 1= did it !
Felt slim already
Day 2- I had already slim black I just needed good posture day 2 was good my back pain had gone
Day 3 = my back was felling good
Day 4= I saw little results
Day 5 = I had more good posture than before I fellproud
Day 6= I saw results
Day 7= I have a good posture and slim arms thanks to emi Wong

This is by far one of the best, if not the best back workouts I’ve come across. The other back workouts I’ve seen are either combined with arms or aren’t hardcore enough. These workouts BURN and that’s how I know they’re effective.

Day 27 done!!! I started the 4-week challenge because of all the cookies and chocolates I gorged on during Christmas 😭 this program definitely works and I feel and move so much better than my Day 1 self. Thank you Emi!!!
