All you need is a light set of dumbbells anywhere from 3-8 pounds. Remember, you can not spot reduce fat, but you can lift and shape those muscles underneath. So let's get toning! 💞 xox Mik

- 5 lb Dumbbells (you can use weights anywhere from 3-8 lbs)
- Mat (optional)

It's tougher than it looks, don't be fooled by the fact it's only 10 minutes long and lighter weights are used. There is definitely a burn.

I would love to see move back toning including low back. I had back injuries the past 2 years I started slowly toning more often. I noticed over time I am getting stronger and less back and nerve pain. Thank you for your quick workouts since my free time is limited.
