I didn't know how weak my back muscles were until I did this workout. I will incorporate it into my workout routine. Maybe I will finally be able to do proper pushups by training my back as well. Great video!

Another question, I would be interested which and how much workouts you do per day in one week. Is it possible that you make a video where you show your workouts of a whole week? Of course not the full workouts but probably which part of the body you train, how long, etc.? I hope you understand waht I mean.

Came across this today for the first time. Trying to get back into a routine. This was such an intense work out. Didn't think 10 minutes was enough but BOY WAS I WRONG. Definitely incorporating this into my work out schedule!

Thank you SO MUCH! I have a scoliosis and even after some back training lessons from my doc, i never even felt something in my back when i was at training...i felt like nothing would help...your training is awesome, i feel it immediately in the back!

If you're having any doubts, Im a pretty chubby person and this workout melted my back fat even after doing it for only 2 days a week. 🙏🤞

Keep in mind I ate slightly less (ate 2k cals before and 1.8k cals after) and walked about 1.5 miles per day

I've always found it so hard to really work out my back muscles...and your tip about thinking of your hand as just a hook on rows helped SO MUCH. I finally feel like I've been strengthening my back!

Pretty solid workout if you are short on time. I did 2 rounds. Once round 2 came along the deep deep burn started to happen. If you feel it is too easy, add more weight! I will definitely do that next time as I felt round 1 was tolerable and I want more of a challenge. Have a blessed Sunday yall❤
