I’m like an endomorph and mesomorph. I got both a strong wide upper body and a wide hips. I can lose weight fast and gain weight really fast depending on how active I am. I’m literally an ARK character. So I’ve struggled a lot

I'm a cross between Mesomorph and Endomorph as at my skinniest I've always had love handles, however I'm also abit Ectomorph because I struggle to actually gain muscle mass to a point I usually get WEAKER and loose mass when I stick to a workout

As a mesomorph, I feel like I got an unfair advantage. I didn't exercise the entire pandemic and only gained 10 lbs. Just hit the gym 2 weeks ago, changed my diet back to normal, and lost 11 lbs. Now it's just staying motivated 🙄
