To the person working the camera, next time please do a 360 degree view so that the viewers can see how it's done from all angles.

Some things he didn't mention...
Relax your shoulders downward, and go outward from your sides....
Not a full 45 degrees, but not directly by your sides as thats for lats...
Let your wrist slowly tilt forward during the motion so that your knuckles stay facing the floor, even as you go to the top of the movement
(This keeps the DBs fairly horizontal and puts an even load on the rear delts)

Super setting this with Rear Delt Flys hits both directions that work your rear delts, and light/moderate weight leads to the best pump iMO.

I notice that dumbbell rows really make my rear delts sing more than any other exercise

Absolutely. I always start my shoulder workout with rear delts so I don't feel drained later...

Dude I never thought I’d be able to feel my rear delts working but I did a couple light sets of these and she’s burning for one of the first times, fire exercise thanks for showing me 🔥🔥

Yeah this feels way better than doing flys. I found doing more a little more of a skiing motion target my rear Delts better than a straight fly

This exercise is insane for delts, I was looking for new exercises and I was already doing this exercise and it gives the best contraction for me personally. For me I like to add a bench infront of me on 60 degrees to support my head/neck
