I wasn’t expecting anything but know from instagram that your own workouts are always solid. This was GOOD, felt the burn and I also like that this wasn’t just glute bridges and frog pumps - yay! Definitely 10/10

Thanks for the class! In the future, please, if you could please turn your body to show us exactly how your legs and feet are… In several moves, we could only see your body facing one way, so it was hard to tell how to place my feet and legs.
