Follow along and do this effective 20 min lower body workout with dumbbells to train, strengthen and tone your legs (quads, hamstrings, calves) and glutes. This leg day workout is high intensity but includes low impact modifications where necessary.

I am a beginner and I just did this video today. It was awesome! That's the most sweat I've ever had after doing an exercise video <3 It wasn't easy but it was doable even for a woman who is obese and has a hernia of the loins and cervical disc (that's me). And I like the organization of the video. We can see the rest and exercise time, the next movement, and how much is left (which is very motivating), our trainer is so sweet and the footage quality is perfect. What more can I ever ask for in an exercise video? Love and respect from Türkiye <3
