I love these 20 minute workouts so much. I do 3 of them to get my 1 hour they are so much fun. You have helped me to lose about 15 kgs since the beginning of the year. Great workout. I like that there's a timer, progress through workout and warm out. If a cool down is included this would be perfect!

I have a habit of giving up and telling myself it's late if I am not consistent or made a mistake. I skipped 2 days and on my 3rd day I was so close to finding every excuse not to work out but something persuaded me to continue. Thank you.
