The bolster offered the most relief. I used a foam roller and was amazed at the instant pain relief. I didn't force my body to touch the ground on the other side. Just draping my body over the foam roller and supporting myself with my elbow did the job. Thanks!

I work sitting all day and even when I take breaks, I have a very good chair etc nothing helps. I have tried all the videos out there and the only exercises that have helped are the ones from this man! Good bless him and please keep posting videos related to sciatica pain 🙏🏻

you are a lifesaver- This morning - worst sciatica pain - it's usually the worst in the morning, but this morning I was ready to cry. Should I see a chiropractor? I am using ice, heat, stretching, walking Aleve, Motrin, Biofreeze, etc. Ugh- How should I be sleeping at night? - I honestly think my mattress is somewhat to blame as I feel better lying on the floor. It's only on my left side. thankfully.
