Target the inner thighs with this 10-Minute Thigh Workout! 5 inner thigh exercises you can do at home 🔥🔥
This workout targets the adductor or inner thighs which help support the pelvic floor. Although I don't believe in "spot targeting" areas of the body, these are important muscles for overall strength and stability and can benefit from some extra focus.
✨THE WORKOUT: 10-Minute Inner Thigh Workout✨
► EQUIPMENT: Medium-to-heavy set of dumbbells and an optional Pilates ball (or sub throw pillow) and Towel or Exercise Glider (sub paper plate if working out on carpet)

► INSTRUCTIONS:
✔️5 Inner Thigh Exercises
✔️Perform each exercise for 40 seconds, followed by 20 seconds of rest
✔️Repeat all 5 exercises x 2 sets

2️⃣ Sumo Squat Heel Lifts
3️⃣ Sumo Squat Into Sumo Deadlift
