Hello yoga friends! I bring you another yoga video. This class incorporates Hatha yoga, a style focusing on slowing down with the breathe and taking pauses in between poses. This gives more opportunity for strengthening the muscles and expanding in the foundation of each pose. The flow is warming enough for the body to relax into long held yin poses. This class is great for those who play intensive sports, running, etc. as we get deep into the tissue and fascial networks that sustain the muscles for years to come.
We release stuck energy through the hips and sacral chakra, and also expand the heart through camel pose, inviting positive energy through the solar plexus. Although many of these poses work on the lower body, this flow all together incorporates a full body workout. So without further a-due, grab your mat and join me for yoga!
