How to lose finger fat, fat from hand, elongate and slim fingers.
Make your fingers longer and thinner fast with finger exercises.
Stretching the fingers and reducing fat from hand.
Get beautiful fingers and thin hands.

Let's get started.

Step 1
Open your hands and bend your knuckles down 10 times.
Open your hand and fold your fingers, touching lower palm 10 times.
Open your hand and close your hand 10 times.
Open your hand and spread your fingers 10 times.
Open your hands and fold your fingers down.
Loosen your fingers to a right angle.
Close the hand and open it. Do 5 times.

With your hands, push the tips of your fingers together as much as possible and hold for 10 seconds.
Spread your fingers, push the tips of your fingers together as much as possible and hold for 10 seconds.
Start with your thumb, place your fingers crossed and stretch the space between them.
The other finger does the same. Do this until all fingers are complete.
Flick your finger to relax.

Step 2
Apply hand cream. Interlock with fingers and push them up and down.
Tip down and use the other palm to push from bottom to top. Do the other side as well.

Interlock your fingers and push them back along your knuckles. Do the other side as well.
Interlock your fingers below and hold slightly backward. Do the same switch on the other side.
Bend the middle finger, index finger, pull each finger to the fullest.

Step 3
Raise your fingers, bend them back and move the rest of your fingers to stretch as much as you can. Complete all fingers.
Keeping your finger pressed, move another finger up to maximize the stretch. Complete all fingers.

Open your hand and spread your fingers as far as possible.
Use your index and middle fingers to open the space between your fingers apart and hold for a few minutes.
Interlocking fingers, bending up and down 10 times.
Put your fingers together and press them together 10 times.

Put your fingers down, hold them all down, push them back and hold for 10 seconds.
Raise your fingers, hold all your fingers back and hold for 10 seconds, doing the same side.

Then shake your fingers to loosen.

It's finished. Keep doing it 1-2 times a day and you will have thinner palms and long fingers.

Итак, я делала это неделю по 2 подхода, и я могу сказать, что стали видны косточки и визуально стали длиннее и гибче. Немного болели пальцы, но они быстро проходили + Я пропускала несколько дней, но делала упражнения которые помнила.

10 дней по два раза, поехали
1 - хорошо размяла, пальцы стали более гибкими, но результата (понятное дело) не видно еще. Боль присутствует, но терпимо.
2 - сделала 2х
3 - сделала 2х
4 - сделала 1 раз, пока результата нет
5 - сделала 2х, результата все еще нет
6 -
7 -
8 -
9 -
10 -

I had very thick and short fingers and you know, I found this video and decided to check, I did these exercises for a month every evening and if it was possible also in the morning.And so I took a photo "before" and "after", I compared and was delighted because the result is amazing, my fingers are now thin and longer than they were, so I can say that the video deserves attention.

As a piano player I want to say, that I was already doing some of the exercises for years, but I want to ad, that the exercise still helped me to get certain parts of my hands more flexible then they were before. Thank you!

As someone who plays piano and guitar, there were some of the exercises that I use to increase my agility and flexibility for piano. It also made my hands slightly more thinner ever since I already did some of these exercises for piano. So I can say this basically works. But away from all of that, this also makes my hands feel good, the stretch feels nice and relaxing for me. But I also thing my fingers become more chubby because I gain weight. That's just for me :)

Day 1: I did it, felt kinda good. I saw a little difference and my hands became veiny for some reason ;-;
Day 2: I see a little difference. My fingers have become a little slimmer, I’m going to continue this for about 1-2 weeks! ❤️
Day 3: I kinda see a difference, my middle fingers have become more slimmer <3

Hey guys i'm gonna do this exercise from tomorrow morning and i will give u update time to time, so remind me :)

Day-1: So it’s the first day and i already did my exercises but i can't see any change in my fingers since it’s the first day but my fingers are feeling very energetic and refreshing.

Day-2: I'm done with the 2 nd day exercise, so today i'm feeling a very slight change in my fingers, though it’s not a huge change but i think it’s on the road to progress.

Day-3: It’s the 3 rd day and after today's exercise i can see a very slight but visible change.

Day-4: Ok guys so its the 4 th day. Nd after today's exercise i can see a proper change in my fingers, the fat is reducing gradually, just loved it....

Day-5: Sorry guys for today’s late update but i'm finally here. So it’s the 5 th day and i can properly feel that it’s actually working. The fat around my fingers started reducing nd the wrinkles on my fingers are also vanishing gradually...

Day-6: Nothing to update, , today i'm done again with this great exercise nd i can say that it will take time but it’s actually helpfull.

so I will be doing these exercises for a week and will be writing my changes.

Day 1) Nothing has changed, my hands a little
Day 2) become more feminine, thin
day 3) it became easier to do the exercises, the pain disappeared
day 4) THEY REALLY GOT LONGER, a little bit, but still.
day 5 - 7) IT WORKS!!!
