Quick review:
1. Shake hands
2. Open - full fist - open - full fist
3. Tabletop - claw - tabletop - claw
4. Touch each finger and reverse
5. Stretch fingers
6. Stretch wrist
7. Stretch forearm
8. Stretch chest
9. Roll shoulders
10. Strech neck (all directions)
11. Shrug off hands

12. Destroy the competition

i’m a gamer (😔) and a writer and these are soooo good for typing, too! i had tendonitis excruciatingly bad after my senior year of college, and this video in combination with icing and massaging my hands/arms made it so i could actually use my hands again. life saver ❤❤❤

Ah! Thank you! I needed that! I'm not a gamer, but a typer, and I'm constantly having arm and neck pain from operating my mouse, and tendonitis from typing. Could I suggest a video for exercises/stretching relieving pain from typing? I think today's exercises would overlap some, but just thought I'd ask. You are so helpful. Thanks for everything!
