I am incomplete paraplegic. I am super active in my mid 40s and work at a desk all day. i've been desperately trying to find the morning routine. I just did this in bed and it did wonders for my morning stiffness.

Thanks for this. At 73 I've been playing guitar for about 60 of those years. Lately I've had some pain in my left hand. I'm hoping this will help if I do it to start my daily playing. Liked and subscribed.

Have just discovered your video after looking for ways to help alleviate my painful thumb joints. I am 72, and have recently begun playing the piano much more regularly than before. I practice yoga twice a week, so was looking for yoga-based exercises specifically for hands. I really enjoyed watching you and listening to your soothing voice. After doing this exercise, I feel my hands ( wrist and fingers) are warmed and ready to interpret sign language for church ⛪️ ( volunteer) tonight. Also, I it will help me prevent from injuring my hand while interpreting. Thank you 😊!

I've just come across your video and find these exercises very beneficial in loosening up stiff fingers. I'm 76 and just started learning piano, but find my fingers a bit stiff and arthritic afterwards so will concentrate on doing these before a practice.

I just found this video and wanted to thank you! I type all day and these exercises felt really great. I also have ganlion cyst that is small but sometimes can hurt if I hit it just right. I will be doing these every day to help with hand pain and stiffness. Thanks again! ☺
