Here is another 2-week challenge you should definitely try!

This is a full-body workout that will make you burn calories and lose weight in just 14 days of regular, daily exercise! These are all body-weight exercises so there's no need to use any equipment or visit the gym.

All the exercises included in this video are easy and doable, I'm sure you can all do it! Of course these will require you to work your whole body from top to bottom and there are routines that will require a lot of effort like the Forward Jump and the Jumping Jacks, but don't worry if you can't do it. You can take it easy at first and gradually increase your number as you go along the workout.

From today's video onward, we've added a new achievement system which will basically give you a virtual medal when you finish 1, 2, and 3 minutes. This is to motivate you to keep going!

I have been doing this for 7 days now and I'm seeing such a difference! But earlier this week, my back and sides started to hurt a little bit. I learned that you should have at least 1-2 break days a week so your muscles can recover and grow. So that is what I'm doing!
