Avocado is easier to get and is avodable sweet potatoes is affordable too, stake, broccli strawberry blue berries a sold in the shopingmalls in Accra ghana very expensive.

Oatmeal is probably one of most overrated food when it comes to gym and fat loss. High calorie, high carbs, low protein and doesn't fill up at all. I have never felt satisfied from oats. Literally get hungry in 30 minutes. Nothing surpass eggs and meat in terms of filling up

That is very true!! Since increasing my fiber it has helped me tremendously with my fat loss. I feel better, and it is much easier to stay full longer.

it’s all personal preference, there are no “bad foods”, only “bad serving sizes”.
getting most of your nutrients from whole foods in general is a good idea (with slight changes depending on the goal, like eating chicken in a cut and eating beef in a bulk, just because there’s an uptick in calories with no real change to food volume), but it’s gonna come down to nutrients and calories, that’s it. I eat basically none of this with the exception of blueberries, and my cute always go swimmingly because I know what I consume/burn off.
