10 Foods That I Eat Every Day

When you start to take initiative with our own health, the first place you should look to make changes is in the kitchen. As what you put in your mouth is going to make far more of a difference than whatever you put your body through physically. And after going through a phase of eating as clean as possible and failing (we all do it), we settle in a sweet spot between healthy, nutritious and enjoyable in order to maintain consistency and our own sanity. We find individual foods that can aid with getting us to our goals that we also find the means to eat every day. Today, I'm going over 10 of those to hopefully give some insight on a more realistic diet.

I know bread isn't thought of as a health food but, being a food staple in so many places and with so much variety, id like to see a bread tier list

I love the catchphrase/reminder: "Advocate for your body. You only get the one." Remember this in more than what you eat too - relationships, work. I need to tell myself this reminder more often, but I love the mantra at the end of your videos.

I imagine this dude looks like those memes of the huge body builders typing on their computer.

I grew up in Haiti where we usually "boil" the milk before we drink it. But it's just so happen to be that our culture loves a little "flavor" in practically everything. So when preparing it we add cinnamon, star anise, lemongrass, and basil almost Every time. And let me tell you, it's one the BEST milk you would ever drink 👍👌

I eat eggs, bananas, kefir, honey, chicken, blueberries, avocados, potatos, beetroot, carrots and some onion and garlic every day. And these are probably 90-95% of my every day diet

This is by far my fave video you have made so far. Matching the facts and best choices with a bit more personal preference and realism makes this much more of a thought provoking video on what I could make work for my own diet. Cheers!

I love this disorganized, yet grounded and realistic type of views in regards to food. It would be nice for you to occasionally make vids like these

I’ve incorporated a lot more healthy daily foods thanks to your videos. Some of my favorites are kiwis, eggs, blackberries, carrots, and almonds/walnuts.

Kiwi is a food that I try to eat very often. It’s crazy high in vitamin C, has pretty good fiber content, is sweet, and it’s only 42-50 calories per kiwi.

Hey Talon, good day. I came across your content due to a tardy ADHD diagnose, brought by finding out autism in my son. One of the aspects of the treatment is to keep a good nutrition. So I started watching your videos and tried to apply in my daily routine. Man, did that help me!! I live in Brazil, so many of the foods and spices you mention I find easily and also are greatly affordable. Discussing with my psychiatric, I asked him to keep the meds to a minimum, only what could be defined as fundamental. So I don't make use of anything else besides venvanse. And know this. I had lots fat concentrated in a lot of parts, didn't have good sleep, disposition. In about 2 months after signing to your channel, forcing myself to eat better, I ended up finding out that this routine is actually cheaper to mantain, due to the simpleness of the cooking process I use. Also because a lot of those foods are rather easy to grow and find over here. Dude, a great thanks from the bottom of my heart. In about 7 months I watch your channel, I lost the equivalent to 20 pounds. Less sugar, less salt, less saturated fats. Also, my professional performance. You see, i'm a salesman and after 4 months with this discipline, I had the 3 best salaries in these 2 years on my company. I'm a fan and recommend you to everyone. 🙏

i love your videos, its really changed the way i eat and which foods i prioritise eating. the fact that you just break everything down into actual nutritional value is awesome. now i began to track my foods to identify what micronutrients im deficient in and add things to my diet to fix them by watching your videos as a guide for optimal diet. now instead of cereal for breakfast i eat a high protein skyr yogurt mixed with strawberries, a banana, chia seeds, walnuts, macadamia nuts and almonds and about 20 ish grams of protein powder.

This video is actually at least as helpful as your usual tier lists. I really liked it.

I eat eggs, toast, and peanut butter as my post workout breakfast pretty much every day. Hits protein, carbs, and fats in one go and it’s just such a satisfying meal for me. I also LOVE chicken, beef, avocado, pretty much most fruits, a lot of vegetables, beans, ALL cheese (minus brie), and crackers. I love this channel because I feel like I can relate so much to wanting the best for my body, and I love knowing what all the different foods compare up to each other. Great video, Talon!

Pumpkin seeds is a daily for me! I sprinkle it on whatever breakfast I’m having; whether it’s eggs, protein cereal, cottage cheese, or Greek yogurt. It’s great cause it goes with sweet AND savory foods!
