Have been doing Maddie's workouts for the past few months, along with some others and thoroughly enjoying them and definitely finding them challenging. I am a young 73 year old and been exercising for over 50 years in various forms. Nice to have such a variety so I can change it up everyday. Great job, keep it up please and I have been trying some of your recipes. Very good. Moe

One thing I really love and appreciate about workouts like these is that they prove that you don't need to jump to get a good workout. You can still feel the burn and sweat.

I love this! however instead of the 30/30 interval i did 50/10, the rest was way too long for me, but i did like that you showed the exercises very well before the timer started again~!
